The maximum period between the completion of the purchase and the delivery of the work will be 15-20 working days. In the event of a delay in the maximum period caused by ARTCELEDONIA, you have the right to return the work. There shall not be deemed to be a delay in the delivery of the work when it has been retained at the customs office of export or import, or made available to you within the prescribed period, but could not be delivered because of you. If the carrier makes an unsuccessful delivery attempt, it will leave a delivery notice so you can contact the carrier and arrange a new delivery. When the transport company makes a second delivery attempt, in a maximum of 24 hours, from the first attempt, and the delivery is not possible, the transport company will proceed to the return of the work to the headquarters of ARTCELEDONIA. In this case you will assume all the costs generated (delivery, return, shipping costs and any other associated management). At the time of delivery, you must check the status of the package, indicating on the delivery note any incident that you detect in it. If once you open the package, you see any anomalies in the work, you must communicate it to ARTCELEDONIA in the email contacto@artceledonia.com, indicating in the subject line the order number. Where the acquisition of an order involves an export, it shall be considered as an exporter to ARTCELEDONIA, which shall be responsible for all the management of the order.
