Shipping costs will vary depending on the country of destination:
- In Spain: the standard shipping is free and the express is 15 € (including VAT),
- International: for both standard and express shipping, it will be the one corresponding to each country, and you will see it on the purchase form. For certain non-European countries express shipping is not available.
Any other concept that is in app will appear to you at the time of the purchase.
ARTCELEDONIA will manage the delivery of the order through a prestigious international or national Courier, who will be the ultimate responsible for it, at the address you have indicated in the purchase formalization process.
This website will not be responsible for delivery issues due to erroneous or false information provided by you.

For standard shipments in Spain, the delivery time is 3-5 business days, from the time the carrier picks up the order.
For express shipments it is 24 hours, counting from when the carrier receives the order.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 -10 business days from when the carrier has the order.
The maximum period between the completion of the purchase and the delivery of the work will be 15-20 working days. For this purpose, the delivery will be deemed to have occurred at the time the transport company delivers the work to you.
In the event of a delay in the maximum period caused by ARTCELEDONIA, you have the right to return the work.
There shall not be deemed to be a delay in the delivery of the work when it has been retained at the customs office of export or import, or made available to you within the prescribed period, but could not be delivered because of you.
If the carrier makes an unsuccessful delivery attempt, it will leave a delivery notice so you can contact the carrier and arrange a new delivery.
When the transport company makes a second delivery attempt, in a maximum of 24 hours, from the first attempt, and the delivery is not possible, the transport company will proceed to the return of the work to the headquarters of ARTCELEDONIA.
In this case you will assume all the costs generated (delivery, return, shipping costs and any other associated management).
At the time of delivery, you must check the status of the package, indicating on the delivery note any incident that you detect in it.
If once you open the package, you see any anomalies in the work, you must communicate it to ARTCELEDONIA in the email contacto@artceledonia.com, indicating in the subject line the order number.
Where the acquisition of an order involves an export, it shall be considered as an exporter to ARTCELEDONIA, which shall be responsible for all the management of the order.
In this case, you will be considered as importer of the work, having to pay to the dispatcher or courier, at the time of delivery, the amounts accrued when there are import duties or taxes.
