You have a period of 14 calendar days,from the day after receipt of the order, to desist from the purchase and return the works, without questions or cost to you. After 14 days artceledonia.com does not accept the withdrawal of purchase.
For this, you must:
*Send me an email to contacto@artceledonia.com,providing the details of the order of the work and, to help me improve in terms of service, assistance and adjust to your needs, tell me the reasons why you want to return it.
* Send me the works to the following address (Artceledonia headquarters):

Returns must meet these requirements:
You must make them within the time .
-The packaging you use has to guarantee the perfect condition of the work.
-You must include the certificate of authenticity and all other documents received.
Products you have customized or custom made have no return.
When I have received the works at the ARTCELEDONIA headquarters, I will verify that they are in perfect condition and I will refund, within 7-10 business days,your payment received (including delivery costs, if they have been paid your part), using the same means of payment you used to make the purchase.
If the original packaging could not be reused and guarantee the condition of the work for return, you must take care of the purchase of the appropriate packaging materials to send the works, in a safe transport, to my headquarters of ARTCELEDONIA.
In case the shipment is made between countries of different common space or special conditions (including DUA for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), customs may apply import taxes that must be borne by you.
Until payment of these taxes is assumed, the right to dismiss the purchase will be suspended.
The deadline to assume the payment of these taxes will be 7 calendar days from when communicated to you by the transport company or the customs department.
